Our Mission

Because it is our belief that an individual’s problems usually affect and are affected by the situation in the family unit, we prefer to care for all the members of your family. This helps us to better assess and treat various medical problems as they arise and to alleviate any difficulties or strains these problems may cause within the family. We believe that one of our major roles as a Family Doctor is to coordinate all the medical care you may require. With this in mind, we request that you contact our office initially when any health problem arises. If the problem requires evaluation by another specialist, we will make the appropriate referral.

We would also like to emphasize the importance of preventive medicine, if we are to consider your total health. To care for you when illness strikes is a primary concern, but we would much rather help you and your family maintain good health. Preventive care includes routine physicals, laboratory tests, immunizations and often just advice. We strongly suggest that every new patient in our practice have a comprehensive physical examination within the first few months, so that we can most effectively evaluate and treat chronic problems, as well as any acute problems that may occur.
